nKey Responsibilities

- n




- Lead end-to-end IPO execution, including coordination for DRHP/RHP, addressing SEBI observations, and ensuring compliance with SEBI (ICDR) Regulations.n
- Oversee complete secretarial, corporate governance, and statutory compliances of the Company, its subsidiary, and other group entities under applicable laws.n
- Independently conduct Board, Committee, and General Meetings in real time, including agenda preparation, live coordination, drafting of minutes/resolutions, and action tracking.n
- Act as the single point of coordination with external intermediaries such as Practicing Company Secretaries, Merchant Bankers, Legal Counsels, Auditors, Registrars C Transfer Agents, and Stock Exchanges for IPO and regulatory matters.n
- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations including LODR, PIT, and SAST, and manage all periodic filings, disclosures, and communications with regulators.n
