Role Description The Content & Performance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across digital channels to support marketing and business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include defining content calendars, coordinating with internal stakeholders, ensuring brand consistency, and optimizing content for engagement and conversion. The position also oversees performance management of content campaigns, tracking key metrics,



preparing reports, and recommending improvements based on data and insights. Additional responsibilities may include coordinating training for team members, managing budgets related to content and performance initiatives, and supporting cross-functional projects with transparent communication and documentation.
