- Counsel prospective learners on suitable career and certification programsn
- Understand learner profiles and recommend appropriate training pathwaysn
- Manage inbound and outbound enquiriesn
- Follow up with prospective learners and support them through the enrolment processn
- Build professional and long-term relationships with learnersn
- Achieve monthly enrolment targetsn
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRMn
