nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a highly motivated US Business Development Executive / Manager to drive client acquisition in the US market.
nThe ideal candidate should have experience selling Accounting & Bookkeeping Outsourcing or IT Support / Managed IT Services to US-based businesses. You will be responsible for identifying recent opportunities, engaging decision-makers, managing the sales cycle, and building long-term client relationships.
nKey Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US market.n
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.n
- Engage with business owners, CFOs, Controllers, Practice Owners, IT Managers, and other decision-makers.n
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable outsourcing solutions.n
- Present company capabilities, proposals, pricing, and service offerings.n
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation to contract closure.n
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.n
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term satisfaction.n
- Stay updated on US outsourcing trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities.n
