nTerrea and Isle by Wonderla are premium hospitality brands that offer guests distinctive experiences rooted in comfort, nature and exceptional service.
nWe are looking for a commercially driven and creative Resort Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for both brands. This role will be responsible for driving brand awareness, occupancy, direct bookings, F&B; revenue, weddings and events, partnerships and guest engagement through integrated marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong brand thinking with commercial acumen and has experience marketing premium hospitality, travel or lifestyle brands.

nBrand Strategy & Planning

- Develop annual marketing plans aligned with business and revenue objectives for Terrea and Isle by Wonderlan
- Build differentiated positioning and messaging for both brands while maintaining consistency across all customer touchpointsn
- Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness, consideration and guest preferencen
- Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunitiesn
nBusiness Growth & Revenue Generation

- Drive occupancy and revenue across leisure stays, staycations, corporate offsites, weddings, celebrations and MICEn
- Increase direct bookings by working closely with the Digital Marketing team on website optimisation, CRM and performance marketing initiativesn
- Support ancillary revenue growth across restaurants, experiences and other resort offeringsn
- Collaborate with Revenue Management and Sales teams to maximise commercial performance during both peak and lean periodsn
