- Analyze developer financial statements, cash flows, and repayment capacity.n
- Review project-specific cash flows and conduct financial modeling.n
- Evaluate collateral, property valuation reports, title documents, and construction progress.n
- Calculate key credit metrics such as LTV and DSCR.n
- Assess credit risk and identify key mitigants.n
- Prepare Credit Appraisal Memos (CAMs) for Credit Committee approval.n
- Coordinate with legal, technical, valuation, and business teams throughout the credit evaluation process.n
