nKey Responsibilities:
n1. Develop & Execute Creative Strategy for Positive Monk. Take ownership of brand's Creative Output across formats – including Performance Creatives & Brand Campaigns
n2. Ensure coherence of Brand Voice across all creative touchpoints
n3. Gather a solid understanding of Who the Category & Brand consumer is and Why they buy (Pain Points / Desires). Use this effectively to build Creative Strategy & drive its Execution
n4. Create High Performing Direct Response Creatives for Performance Marketing. Own the entire process & final output. Concept, Script, oversee the Shoot wherever required (internal / external), Final Output.



This will include various kinds of creatives – Videos & Statics – UGC, Influencers, Product Centric etc
n5. Be on top of creative performance: What's Working & What Not; and Why
n6.Collaborate effectively with Internal teams (Performance, Writers, Designers / Editors, R&D;, Nutrition) & External Agencies to create compelling creatives, in line with business goals
n7. Conduct research and gather insights to inform copywriting strategy
n8.Strengthen the ecosystem of best in class, fit for purpose Creative partners to work with
n9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends & best practices in Direct Response Copywriting & Brand Storytelling
nWhat We're Looking For:
n•2-5 years of relevant experience in creative strategy, advertising, content, or brand building.
n•Proven track record of working on consumer brands—preferably D2C, FMCG, Health & Wellness
n•Strong grasp of digital-first storytelling and brand thinking.
n•A sharp eye for copy,
