nSkills: HL7, US Healthcare, FHIR and client facing experience
nLocation: Navi Mumbai (Ghansoli) (Complete WFO)
nShift: US Shift (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST)
nRole & Responsibilities:
n• Interface Monitoring & Support: Provide ongoing support for existing HL7 and FHIR interfaces, monitoring their performance, identifying issues, and resolving them proactively to ensure continuous data flow between systems.
n• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve interface-related issues,
ensuring the minimal disruption of service. Work with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
n• Interface Maintenance & Upgrades: Perform routine maintenance on existing interfaces, including applying patches, updates, and enhancements to ensure compatibility with evolving systems and technologies.
n• User Support & Training: Offer support to internal and external users, assisting them with interface-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing training as needed to ensure proper interface usage.
n• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of interfaces, including technical specifications, change requests, and troubleshooting guides. Regularly report interface performance metrics to stakeholders.
