nWhat You Will Do




nTravel across your district and meet people from different walks of life
nBuild and maintain informal networks and relationships in your local area
nUnderstand local conversations, sentiments, and on-ground dynamics
nStay in regular touch with your network
nShare regular updates and observations with your reporting manager
nMaintain simple records of your network and daily activities
nPreferred Background
nPrior experience in field work, local sales, community work, student organisations, NGOs, or any role involving regular public interaction will be an advantage. Freshers with solid local networks are also welcome.
nEducation
nGraduate in any discipline. Education is secondary — the right personality and network matters more.
