nRole Description:
nThe primary objective of the Senior Revenue Cycle Billing Specialist is to effectively recover outstanding payments from aging medical insurance claims, whether working in an office setting or directly at the client's location.
nRoles & Responsibilities

- n
- Complete claim submissions with all requisite forms and attachmentsn
- Investigate denials and initiate written appeals as neededn
- Assess client-provided information to determine the appropriate insurance to bill, and secure necessary attachments and supporting documentation for each claimn
- Research account details to identify essential attachments or supporting documents for inclusion with each claimn
- Safeguard the accuracy and integrity of all billed claimsn
- Thoroughly document all actions in the CUBS system and other relevant computer systemsn




- Validate patient information and insurance advantagesn
- Craft written appeals for account resolutionsn
- Compose correspondence to clients when necessaryn
- Achieve assigned goals and objectives set by management regularlyn
- Uphold the confidentiality of account information consistentlyn
- Engage actively in the Corporate Compliance Program and maintain awarenessn
- Assist with other projects delegated by managementn
- Foster positive relationships with state and Federal agenciesn
- Expedite the resolution of accounts in a timely mannern
- Maintain a well-organized and tidy workspace Expected/Key Resultsn
