Role Overview :-

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to join our Navi Mumbai team. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students through the admission process, provide career counselling, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities -

* Counsel prospective students and parents about courses, career paths, and program outcomes
* Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
* Guide students through the admission process, including documentation and enrollment




* Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM systems
* Meet and exceed admission targets and conversion ratios
* Conduct follow-ups with interested candidates and nurture leads
* Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams for campaigns and events
* Participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional activities

Required Skills & Qualifications :-

* Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
* 1–4 years of experience in academic counselling, admissions, or sales (education sector preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents
* Target-driven with a proactive approach
