Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full time, on-site role based in Hisar, responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admission process for Social Baniya’s digital marketing programs. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries via calls, messages, and email,



providing detailed information about courses, fees, and outcomes, and advising candidates on program fit based on their goals and background. The role involves conducting consultations and follow-up interactions, maintaining accurate records in CRM or internal systems, and coordinating with the teaching and marketing teams to align admission targets with campaign activities. The Admissions Counselor will also support information sessions or webinars, assist with application review and documentation, and contribute feedback to improve the admissions experience and conversion rates.
