Role Description The Assistant Professor of Management will be a full-time, in office faculty member based at CT Group of Institutions in Jalandhar. The role includes planning and delivering lectures in management subjects, guiding students through case studies, projects, and presentations, and maintaining regular office hours for academic mentoring.



The faculty member will design and update course curricula in alignment with industry trends and accreditation standards, participate in departmental meetings, and contribute to academic planning. Responsibilities also include conducting and publishing research, engaging in institutional activities, supporting student development initiatives, and collaborating with colleagues on conferences, seminars, and outreach programs.
