Job DescriptionWoxsen University seeks an accomplished academic administrator to lead its International Rankings & Quality Assurance Office, driving institutional excellence through global benchmarking, quality assurance frameworks, accreditation support, institutional analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
nThe role is responsible for strengthening Woxsen's global reputation by leading submissions and strategic improvement initiatives across leading international ranking agencies including QS, Times Higher Education (THE), WURI, RUR, Bloomberg Businessweek, Financial Times, U-Multirank, and other international benchmarking systems, while ensuring robust institutional quality processes that align with national and global standards.
nThe Head will work across all schools and administrative departments to establish a culture of evidence-based decision making, quality enhancement, data integrity, and continuous institutional improvement. The position plays a critical role in supporting Woxsen's aspiration to become a globally recognized university.



Woxsen has already achieved significant international recognition across QS, THE, WURI, Bloomberg Businessweek and other rankings, and this role will build on that momentum through strategic planning and execution.
