nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a Meta Performance Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and D2C/E-commerce. The ideal candidate should have experience managing and scaling Meta campaigns for the Indian market, with a strong focus on performance, optimization, and profitable growth.
nKey Responsibilities

- Set up, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook & Instagram.n
- Manage Sales, Lead Generation, Traffic, Retargeting, ABO, CBO, and Advantage+ Shopping campaigns.n
- Configure campaign objectives, budgets, bidding strategies, schedules, placements, creatives, ad copies, headlines, and CTAs.n
- Perform campaign QA and maintain a structured Meta Ads account.n
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize budgets, audiences, placements, and creatives.n
- Scale winning campaigns and pause underperforming campaigns.n
- Refresh fatigued creatives and conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, offers, and campaign structures.n
- Build and manage Broad,



Interest-Based, Lookalike, Custom, and Retargeting Audiences with appropriate exclusions.n
- Track and optimize ROAS, CPA, CAC, CPC, CPM, CTR, CVR, Frequency, and Spend.n
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable optimization insights.n
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient spend utilization.n
- Ensure proper Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), event tracking, UTM, and attribution setup.n
- Troubleshoot tracking and campaign delivery issues in coordination with relevant teams.n
- Stay updated with Meta platform updates, policies, and performance marketing best practices.n

- Robust experience in D2C / E-commerce / Performance Marketing Agencies with D2C clients.n
