nCTC: ₹4.2–4.8 LPA
nKey Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, payment tracking, collections, cash application, and account reconciliation.n
- Prepare and verify customer invoices, pricing, shipping charges, credit notes, and revised invoices for accuracy and compliance.n
- Monitor AR Aging, outstanding receivables, payment due dates, credit limits, and customer payment trends.n
- Drive collections through email and phone follow-ups; send payment reminders, negotiate approved payment plans, and escalate delinquent accounts.n
- Record and apply customer payments; resolve unapplied cash, short/overpayments, refunds, and reconciliation issues.n
- Handle customer account queries, billing disputes, deductions, and remittance advice, coordinating with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Logistics teams.n
- Support credit control,



including creditworthiness reviews, credit limit monitoring, credit holds, and account releases.n
- Prepare AR Aging, collection status, cash-flow forecasts, and management reports; analyze overdue balances and collection trends.n
- Support month-end/year-end closing, AR ledger reconciliation, audits, compliance, and documentation.n
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.n
