Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Application Engineer at DIRAK India.



The Sales and Application Engineer will work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and recommend appropriate latching, hinging, and gasketing solutions for enclosure applications. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering technical presentations, supporting product selection and configuration, responding to technical inquiries, and providing pre- and post-sales application support. The role involves collaborating with internal engineering and production teams, assisting in proposal and quotation development, and contributing to product demonstrations, trials, and customer training. The Sales and Application Engineer will also help identify new business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and provide feedback to improve products and solutions based on field experience.
