nKey Responsibilities:
n• Manage end-to-end visa and immigration processes for clients
n• Guide clients through document verification, application completion, appointment scheduling & follow-ups
n• Ensure timely, accurate submission of all applications in compliance with government regulations
n• Prepare visa fee quotations and respond to detailed client inquiries
n• Stay current on visa regulations, embassy updates & immigration legislation changes
n• Take full ownership of assigned cases and keep clients updated at every stage
n• Build strong,



professional relationships with clients and internal teams
nExperience and skills:
n• Bachelor's in Travel & Tourism, Business Admin or related field
n• 1–3 years in visa application processing
n• Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel)
n• Excellent written & verbal English communication
n• Strong attention to detail & a customer-first mindset
n• Able to work independently and collaboratively
