Role Description The Customer Service Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Vapi. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues. The specialist will assist with order status updates, logistics and delivery-related queries, and basic technical support related to services offered.



Responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also requires collaborating closely with operations, warehousing, and logistics teams to provide clear information and a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle queries effectively and maintain positive relationships.
