About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Field Marketing Associate to support events, campaigns, community initiatives, and regional marketing programs. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of field marketing experience in a B2B AI/SaaS environment, solid content writing and communication skills, and a basic understanding of design. You will work closely with marketing, sales, design, and leadership teams to create impactful campaigns and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Events & Field Marketing

• Support conferences, roadshows, roundtables, webinars, and community events from planning to on-site execution.
• Coordinate with organizers, vendors, venues, speakers, and internal teams.
• Manage registrations, event timelines, branding requirements, logistics, and attendee communications.
• Support attendee engagement and ensure event deliverables are completed on time.

Content & Communications

• Write event invitations, emails, social media posts, landing page copy, community posts, and follow-up communications.
• Develop engaging pre-event,



during-event, and post-event content.
• Create event briefs, speaker communications, promotional content, and internal updates.
• Ensure all communications are clear, engaging, and aligned with the brand.

Community Management

• Support the day-to-day management and growth of our procurement community.
• Create conversation starters, polls, industry discussions, event updates, and other engaging content.
• Engage with community members and encourage meaningful conversations and participation.
• Repurpose event insights and discussions into relevant community content.
• Track community engagement and identify opportunities to improve participation.

Campaign & Audience Support

• Support attendee acquisition through email, social media, communities, and partner channels.
• Research target accounts, decision-makers, speakers, and relevant industry communities.
