Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Saturday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Role Purpose The Dental Associate supports the Head Dentist in the clinical assessment and management of patients by preparing comprehensive case histories, organizing diagnostic records, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, assisting with treatment procedures, and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the patient journey.

The role requires a detail-oriented and clinically aware qualified who can ensure that all relevant patient information, diagnostic records, treatment documentation, and clinical workflows are complete, accurate, and well organized.

Patient History & Clinical Documentation

Document relevant clinical findings, patient concerns, treatment discussions, and follow-up information.





Coordinate the collection and sharing of X-rays, CBCT scans, sleep study reports, photographs, and other relevant diagnostic records.

Prepare and organize all relevant diagnostic records and clinical notes before consultations with the Head Dentist.

Ensure that the Head Dentist has access to complete and organized patient information before each consultation.

Explain relevant treatment procedures, expected timelines, and next steps to patients following case history discussions and clinical consultations.

Support communication between patients, doctors, therapists, and other clinical team members.

Clinical Assistance & Treatment Support

Assist the Head Dentist and clinical team during dental procedures and treatment appointments.

Assist with clinical preparation and ensure that the required equipment, records, and materials are available.

Assist with relevant diagnostic procedures and clinical workflows as require
