Project Management plays a dual role that is central to both the personal and qualified effectiveness of the executive leadership. This role provides high-level administrative support to the CEO while managing and executing cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with company goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, detail-oriented executor, and agile communicator—capable of handling confidential information, daily operational logistics,

Project Management & Strategic Execution

Plan, coordinate, and execute key projects across departments—ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met

Develop project charters, scopes, timelines, and reporting structures for internal initiatives

Analyze data, track KPIs, and generate regular status reports for leadership review

Proactively identify risks and roadblocks, offering solutions and contingency plans

Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders

Collaborate with teams across departments (sales, HR, finance, operations) to drive alignment and progress

Serve as a point of contact for internal queries on project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
