The Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing will lead Plan India's digital marketing function by driving audience growth, engagement, and visibility across digital platforms. The role will be responsible for planning and executing digital campaigns, managing the website and social media ecosystem, optimising digital performance, and leveraging analytics to strengthen fundraising, advocacy, brand awareness, and stakeholder engagement.

The role will work closely with the communications, creative, copywriting, fundraising, and programme teams to deliver integrated digital campaigns aligned with organisational objectives.

Digital Marketing and Campaign Management

Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies aligned with organisational priorities.

Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns across website, social media, email marketing, and paid media.
