Own and execute all financial operations like payroll processing, vendor payouts and collections(accounts receivables).
~ Oversee and ensure adherence to all statutory compliance requirements , including Provident Fund (PF), Professional Tax (PT), and Goods and Services Tax (GST), etc.
~ Develop and maintain financial models to support the company's strategic planning and decision-making processes.
~ Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
~ Manage relationships with external stakeholders , including investors, banks, and auditors.
~ Support fundraising efforts , including developing investor presentations and financial projections.
~ Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
