About us CamClo AI builds AI software for fashion, e-commerce brands and various agencices. Our platform lets a brand turn a single product photo into on-model imagery, video, and ready-to-run ad creative, and then runs and optimises their ad campaigns automatically. We sell to D2C brands, e-commerce teams, marketplaces, and performance marketing agencies.

We are looking for a sales leader who has sold SaaS before and knows how to build a pipeline from zero. You will own the number, build and lead the sales team, and decide how we go to market. Build, hire, train, and manage a team of sales executives and SDRs. Set their targets, run their reviews, and coach them on live calls.
- Design and run outbound: build ICP lists, write and A/B test cold email sequences, run LinkedIn outreach, and manage cold calling cadences.
- Book and run discovery calls, product demos, and pilot conversations with founders, marketing heads, and agency owners.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline in a CRM. Keep the data clean and the forecast honest.
- Own the full funnel metrics: reply rate,



meeting-booked rate, demo-to-trial, trial-to-paid, ACV, and churn on your accounts.
- Feed structured market and objection data back to product. 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years managing or leading a sales team.
- Proven outbound experience. You have personally written sequences that got replies, not just worked inbound leads.
- Understanding of digital advertising, e-commerce, or creative production is a robust plus.
- Hands-on with a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive) and outbound tooling (Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, Sales Navigator, or similar).
- Excellent written English. A large part of this job is writing emails people actually reply to.
- Experience selling an AI product and handling the objections that come with it.
- Sold into fashion, retail, D2C, or e-commerce brands.
