Role Description The Asst Manager – Placements & Corporate Relations – South India is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners, HR professionals, and industry leaders to facilitate internships and final placements for learners. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and approaching potential recruiters, coordinating campus recruitment activities,



organizing industry interactions such as guest lectures and workshops, and tracking placement-related data and outcomes. The role also involves collaborating with academic teams to align learner skills with industry needs, supporting learners with placement preparation, and representing the institution at corporate and industry events across South India.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess minimum 3 years of experience into Corporate Relations and Business Relationship Management.
Relevant experience in placement coordination, corporate liaison, or business development in an academic or training workplace.
Graduate or postgraduate degree in Management, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
Strong networking capabilities, presentation skills, and comfort with public speaking.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple initiatives, and travel within South India as needed.
