Role Description This is a full-time, in office Customer Sales Executive role based in Ankleshwar. The Customer Sales Executive will engage with existing and potential customers, respond to inquiries, and provide product information and recommendations. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and closing sales in alignment with company targets. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions,



coordinating with internal teams for order processing and delivery, and addressing customer concerns promptly. The position also requires tracking market trends, gathering customer feedback, and supporting promotional activities to enhance brand presence and sales performance.

Strong customer relationship management skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to build trust and rapport.

Sales and negotiation capabilities, with experience in lead generation, follow-ups, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Basic proficiency with office software and digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, email, CRM systems) for maintaining records and reporting.

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
