The role is responsible for driving the performance, adoption, and lifecycle management of products within the Unified Collaboration domain. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Pre-Sales, Engineering, Pricing, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Customer Success to manage product strategy, development, enhancement, positioning, and go-to-market execution. The position operates in multiple time zone and collaborative business workplace which may require working in rotational shifts based on business requirements. Work from office is mandatory for 5 days a week.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology, Business, or equivalent qualification. MBA/PGDM, Product Management, or a related field will be an added advantage. 4-7 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Sales Engineering roles. Experience in Unified Communications, Collaboration, Cloud, SaaS, Contact Center, or Telecom products is preferred.





Other Knowledge & Skills Experience managing various stages of the product lifecycle, from requirement gathering to launch and enhancement. Experience conducting product demonstrations, workshops, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and solution presentations. Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development frameworks. Proficiency in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration platforms. Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from customers, sales teams, and market insights. Facilitate and be accountable for Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and product demonstrations. Monitor product performance, adoption, customer feedback, and key business KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
