We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused and data driven Business Analyst with solid business fundamentals to join our Strategy team. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional growth leveraging Data.

Performance & Business Analytics: Translate data into actionable business insights.

SQL & Data Analysis: Write complex SQL queries, perform hypothesis testing, and work with large datasets to solve business problems.

Financial & Predictive Modelling: develop scenarios and predictive models to identify opportunities and risks.

Leverage NPS, CSAT,



customer feedback, and experience data to identify pain points and recommend improvements.

Partner with Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teams to drive CRM and growth initiatives.

Deep-dive into business challenges, identify growth opportunities, and present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.

1+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, growth, or a similar high-impact role, preferably in Retail / E-commerce.

~ Strong SQL, analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

~ Experience working with large datasets and translating complex analysis into actionable insights.

~ Strong business and financial acumen with excellent quantitative skills.

~ MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
