ABOUT WTF GYMS WTF Gyms is building a technology-enabled, customer-first fitness network across Delhi NCR. Our model combines premium facilities, certified trainers, personalized plans, fitness assessments, digital progress tracking and disciplined member service. We are hiring an Area Fitness Manager to own fitness-delivery quality and personal-training performance across a cluster of clubs within our six-zone network.

Create consistent, safe and commercially strong fitness delivery across every assigned club. The Area Fitness Manager develops fitness leaders and trainers, protects coaching quality, improves member outcomes and builds a healthy personal-training business without compromising ethics or safety.

MULTI-CLUB FITNESS STANDARDS

• Own fitness-delivery standards across assigned clubs and ensure every member receives qualified, goal-aligned support.

• Define and audit floor coverage, trainer conduct, member engagement, assessment quality and programme documentation.

• Conduct scheduled and surprise club audits; Escalate unsafe practice, misconduct,



unauthorised training or certification gaps immediately.

TRAINER CAPABILITY AND PERFORMANCE

• Lead Fitness Managers, Head Trainers, Personal Trainers and general trainers across the zone.

• Assess technical knowledge, coaching behaviour, communication, discipline and commercial effectiveness.

• Run workshops, observed sessions, case reviews and corrective coaching based on audit evidence.

• Maintain succession plans and support hiring decisions for fitness leadership and trainer roles.

PERSONAL-TRAINING BUSINESS

• Own area PT revenue, trial generation, conversion, package utilisation, renewal and trainer productivity.

• Translate area goals into club and trainer targets with transparent tracking.

• Monitor inactive packages, session delivery, trainer allocation, cancellations, refunds and leakage.
