The Role & Work Timings
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will connect with international parents who have shown interest in our courses. You will act as an educational consultant—understanding their child’s needs, showcasing the value of Codeyoung, and enrolling them in our programs

Work Hour s: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST (US Market alignment

Mond ay (You will work through the weekend when parents are most available to speak)
What You’ll Do
International Consultative Selli ng: Reach out to warm leads (parents who have registered on our platform) across the globe via international calls, emails, and WhatsApp
Product Dem os: Educate parents on Codeyoung’s curriculum, scheduling online trial classes for their children, and highlighting our unique teaching methodology
Deal Closu re: Follow up diligently with parents after trial classes, handle objections, negotiate packages, and close the sales loop.
CRM Manageme nt: Track and maintain clean data records of all user interactions in our sales CRM
