The Senior Manager / Manager – Business Development will play a crucial role in driving business growth and client relationships across various segments, ensuring the delivery of exceptional financial solutio ns.

Qualification s - MBA

Business Develo pment: Identify, develop, and manage recent business opportunities Domestic Factoring, Export Factoring, Reverse Factoring and Treds. Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across targeted seg ments.

Build strong, long-term relationships with corporates, SMEs, and channel partners to maximize business opportunities and client rete ntion.

Continuously monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to refine product offerings and sales strat egies.





Customize financial solutions based on client requirements. Lead commercial negotiations to close transactions efficiently while ensuring profitability and compl iance

Work closely with internal teams like Credit, Risk, Operations, and Legal to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for cl ients.

Sales Planning and Exec ution: Prepare and implement a focused business development plan in consultation with the superiors. Compliance and Risk Manag ement: Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit stan dards.

Reporting an d MIS: Maintain accurate records of business activities, pipeline status, client interactions, and revenue forecasts. Brand Represent ation: Actively participate in industry forums, client meetings, and networking events to represent SBI Factors Ltd and promote brand visibility.
