Overview: Seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional delivery of complex AdTech and data-driven initiatives. This role is execution-focused, responsible for program governance, dependency management, and stakeholder coordination across engineering, ad sales, ad operations, data, and analytics teams.

In addition to core TPM responsibilities, the role requires robust business analysis capabilities to support requirement definition, solution design, and delivery of AI-enabled and data-driven use cases (e.g., Lead planning and delivery of multi-team AdTech and data-driven programs

Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies

Translate business needs into structured requirements, including data inputs, outputs, and success metrics

Support delivery of AI/ML-enabled AdTech use cases (e.g., Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with business expectations

Ensure proper validation and interpretability of data and model outputs

Coordinate testing activities, including UAT,



ensuring solutions meet business requirements

Support release management and ensure adherence to SDLC and governance processes (including compliance where applicable)

Monitor program and solution performance, identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for continuous improvement

Support end-user adoption through clear documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement

5–10 years of Technical Program Management experience

~ Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-platform technology programs

~ Strong experience with AdTech or Ad Operations systems and workflows

~ Experience working with data-driven platforms or analytics solutions

~ Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes
