About Voy Since 2019, Voy has transformed the health of more than 20 Lakh members globally across the Europe, Germany, Brazil, and we’re now in India to administer evidence-based, science-led medical care.

Voy India, previously EarlyFit, is India’s first full-stack metabolic health and weight loss platform. Built at the intersection of healthcare, science, and consumer technology, we have combined GLP-1, medical expertise, endocrinologist-led care, diagnostics, nutrition coaching, and ongoing behavioural support into one seamless experience.

What You’ll Be Doing ?

Work closely with founders on strategic initiatives

Execute.

Break down ambiguous problems and drive execution end-to-end

Support business planning, research, and decision-making





Coordinate across teams to ensure key projects move forward

Track metrics, prepare reports, and highlight insights

Handle special projects across product, operations, and growth

What We’re Looking For ?

~4-8 years of experience in consulting or startups

~ Strong problem-solving and structured thinking

~ Ability to work in rapid-paced, unstructured environments

~ Clear communication and ownership mindset

~ High attention to detail and ability to execute independently

~ Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities
