Director - Finance Reporting Our client is a Global Consulting firm and team is involved in Financial Reporting and Commercial Insurance business, Operations & Risk, and Internal Finance & Life Actuarial Support.

Incumbent would be responsible for the preparation of Financial Reporting, Planning and Budgeting, Forecasting, Management Information (MI) Reporting, and the Financial Controllership function.

Chartered Accountant with 18+ years of solid work experience and should have worked in Big 4 organisations.

Role requires being a hands-on People Manager and should have led teams of CAs and managed a team size of 80-100 members, managing the client engagement and/or independently running the large projects of Transitions or Delivery in Finance Operations in an offshoring environment.

Financial Reporting, Planning and Budgeting, Forecasting, Management Information (MI) Reporting and Financial Controllership function.

Understanding of Financial Governance and Internal Controls.

Leading & successfully implementing and partnering in driving change in Operations and Operating Model.





Driving productivity & developing a culture of measurable performance by implementing Operations Metrics-Delivery and Performance.

Working on multiple regular and Adhoc projects and delivering excellent results.

Managing and developing teams of Finance Professionals and developing a highly engaged/outperforming team.

Responsible for managing and leading multiple client engagements for Domiciles based in the US, EMEA and/or Asia.

Drive and implement the Change (People, Process and Operations) for the Growth, Stabilization, and effective Operating model in alignment with the organization.

Effectively planning, leading, and managing the team of Finance Professionals with multiple layers of reporting. (Supporting the Head of Business with a strategic outlook and partnering in achieving the mid- to long-term objectives of the larger team.
