Graphic Designer – Job Description Role: Graphic Designer Location: Bangalore

We are looking for a creative, fast-moving Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into high-impact visual communication across events, social media, leadership forums and brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Design event creatives, speaker announcements, invitations, banners, standees, backdrops and digital assets

Create high-quality LinkedIn and social media creatives

Develop visual identities for executive roundtables, leadership forums, mixers and campaigns

Design presentations, brochures, reports, whitepapers and marketing collateral

Adapt designs across digital and print formats while maintaining brand consistency

Work closely with marketing and events teams on quick-turnaround requirements

Handle multiple campaigns and event deadlines simultaneously

Coordinate with printers/vendors where required and provide production-ready artwork





Experiment with AI-assisted design tools to improve speed and creative output

What We’re Looking For

Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and/or Figma

Good understanding of typography, layouts, branding and visual hierarchy

Experience designing for LinkedIn/social media and corporate events

Ability to create premium, executive-level designs rather than generic templates

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines

Video editing / motion graphics skills are an added advantage

Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects is a plus

Ideal Candidate Someone who understands that valuable design is not just about making something look attractive — it is about making the brand, message and positioning immediately clear .

We are looking for someone who can take a rough brief and turn it into a polished creative with minimal hand-holding.
