E-commerce & Communication Manager (Junior) Location: Adjacent to MG Road, Near Chhatarpur Metro Station, New Delhi

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Negotiable based on skills & experience)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
⏰ We're looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized E-commerce & Communication Manager (Junior) to join our team.
Whether you're a fresher eager to build your career or have up to 1 year of experience , we'd love to hear from you This role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, e-commerce, customer communication, and operations .
Candidates from NIFT or Pearl Academy , especially with a background in Fashion Communication .
Manage customer communications before and after purchase, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
️ Handle Shopify backend and website management.
Manage product launches on the website.
Coordinate online and offline order management, tracking, and follow-ups.
Build and manage relationships with PR agencies, bloggers, overseas buyers, MBOs, and third-party vendors.
Maintain website and store inventory accurately.
Coordinate with merchandising, production, and logistics teams for timely order dispatch.
Support customers at the physical store and maintain visual merchandising (VM).
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience.
✔️ Excellent command of English (written & spoken).
