Admission Counsellor We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and customer-focused Admission Counsellor to join our team and support the school's admission and enrolment process.

Handle admission enquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and other communication channels.

Counsel prospective parents and provide complete information about the school, curriculum, facilities, and admission process.

Conduct school tours and coordinate with prospective parents to ensure a positive admission experience.

Maintain accurate admission data and update enquiry and admission trackers.

Coordinate with the school team to ensure smooth completion of the admission process.

Participate in school events, admission drives, and promotional activities.

Graduate or postgraduate degree; an MBA is preferred.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in admissions or counselling, preferably in a school.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Solid counselling, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and experience in handling CRM, Zoho, or admission management systems will be an added advantage.
