Strategic Partnerships Reporting To: Business Head / Director – Partnerships

The Manager – Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for building and managing high-impact partnerships with government departments, state skill missions, CSR foundations, educational institutions, industry associations, training providers, and ecosystem stakeholders. The role will drive strategic collaborations that support candidate mobilization, skilling programs, international workforce deployment, and business growth.

Identify and secure partnerships with CSR foundations, philanthropic organizations, training institutions, universities,



nursing colleges, ITIs, and skill centers. • Develop partnership proposals, concept notes, presentations, and business cases. • Monitor partnership performance, stakeholder engagement, and project outcomes. • Support fundraising and grant opportunities through institutional and foundation partnerships. • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of strategic partnerships signed • Revenue and project value generated through partnerships • Candidate mobilization and sourcing through partner network • Government and institutional engagement outcomes • CSR/Foundation projects secured • Partner satisfaction and retention

Graduate or MBA from a recognized institution. • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Government Relations, Business Development, CSR Partnerships, Institutional Alliances, orWorkforce Development. • Experience working with Government, Skill Development
