Identify upcoming projects and convert opportunities into orders.

Sales & Revenue Growth

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.

Prepare proposals, quotations, BOQs, and commercial negotiations.

Drive project conversions and maximize order values.

Client Relationship Management

Coordinate with design,



technical, and operations teams for project execution.

Market Intelligence

Provide insights to management for product development and business growth.

3+ years of B2B sales experience.

~ Experience in Architectural Lighting, Electrical Products, Building Materials, Interior Products, Automation, HVAC, Furniture, or related industries.

~ Strong network with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Developers, and Consultants.

~ Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.

~ Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Bengaluru.

Experience in handling project sales.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting.
