Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Manager role based in Indore. The Sales Manager will lead and drive revenue growth across The Maison World’s fragrance, beauty,



and experience offerings by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with luxury salons, clinics, wellness centers, and hospitality partners. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales pipeline, conducting client presentations, and negotiating partnerships aligned with the brand’s standards of distinction. The role involves overseeing key accounts, tracking performance against targets, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to ensure cohesive client experiences. The Sales Manager will also mentor sales team members, maintain deep knowledge of product lines and brand narratives, and represent The Maison World at events and client meetings.
