Job Summary

The Placement & Career Success Officer is responsible for connecting learners with employment opportunities through employer partnerships, career guidance, interview preparation, and placement support, ensuring learners are industry-ready.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with employers, HR professionals, and recruitment agencies.

Source job and internship opportunities aligned with HCCA programs.

Coordinate placement drives, interviews, and employer engagement activities.

Match learners with suitable job opportunities and track hiring progress.

Conduct career counselling, resume reviews, mock interviews, and LinkedIn profile guidance.

Monitor learner placement readiness and address career-related queries.

Maintain placement records, employer database, and generate placement reports.

Collaborate with trainers, admissions,



and marketing teams to support learner success and showcase placement outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Management, or a related field.

MBA (HR) preferred.

Experience

~2–5 years in Placement, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR, Career Services, or Corporate Relations.

~ Experience in education, training institutes, or staffing is an advantage.

Skills
