Founded by Mayank Kumar (Co-founder of upGrad) and Ayush Mathur (former OYO leader) , BorderPlus aims to connect skilled talent with global opportunities, starting with healthcare professionals such as nurses.

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive candidate acquisition and revenue growth for BorderPlus' international career programs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in EdTech sales / career counselling / study abroad / skilling programs and a passion for helping candidates build global careers.

Manage inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM tools





Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand candidate goals and recommend suitable programs

Provide career counselling on international career pathways, training programs, and placement opportunities

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel

Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets in a target-driven environment

Update and track lead pipeline, interactions, and conversions in CRM

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve candidate experience and conversion rates

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

~1–4 years of experience in EdTech Sales, Inside Sales, Study Abroad, or Skilling programs

~ Experience handling high-volume leads and phone-based sales

~ Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines

~ Passion for education, career counselling, and global career opportunities
