We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to support our sales team in delivering effective technology solutions to prospective and existing clients. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams to understand client requirements, design appropriate solutions, and present the technical and business value of our products.

Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.

Coordinate with product, engineering, security, and delivery teams to validate proposed solutions.

Respond to customer questions regarding product functionality, architecture, integrations, security, infrastructure, and deployment options.





Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle, from initial discovery to contract closure and handover.

Maintain updated product knowledge and prepare reusable sales and technical materials.

Conduct technical handover sessions for delivery and implementation teams after deal closure.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solution consulting, software implementation, business analysis, or a similar technical client-facing role.

Positive understanding of enterprise software, SaaS solutions, cloud platforms, system integrations, APIs, databases, and networking concepts.

Experience in preparing technical proposals and responding to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders.

Experience in conducting software demonstrations and technical presentations.
