As we scale, the volume of learners and conversations increases, but maintaining trust, clarity, and quality in each interaction becomes harder.

The Role As a Business Development Executive, you will work closely with learners to understand their goals and guide them toward the right programs.

You will own the journey from the first conversation to final enrollment, ensuring clarity,



trust, and a strong learner experience throughout.

Maintaining quality and consistency across all interactions

Contributing insights to improve product, marketing, and program experience

Building relationships through calls, events, and networking opportunities

Helping learners make informed decisions instead of rushed choices

Building trust in a high-volume, fast-moving sales environment

Over time, you will be expected to improve conversion quality, handle more complex conversations, and contribute to refining sales processes and playbooks.

Based on performance, this role can evolve into owning larger pipelines, mentoring junior team members, or moving into high-impact sales or growth roles.

1–2 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development

~ Basic familiarity with CRMs, Google Sheets, and sales tools

Experience in edtech or consultative sales environments
