Surat, Gujarat (Preference for Gujarati candidates)

Experience: 3-5 Years (Mandatory experience in an NGO, Trust, or Foundation)

Education: B.Com. (LLB, M.Com., MBA (Finance), or CA

Excellent English communication skills

Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.

Develop and manage MIS, dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.

Ensure statutory, legal, financial, and regulatory compliance while coordinating audits.

Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, CSR partners, NGOs, trusts, foundations, and community leaders.





Implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks using SROI, ESG, and SDG indicators.

Drive field implementation across rural, tribal, and urban communities.

Experience managing NGO, Trust, or Foundation operations.

Solid expertise in operations, finance, compliance, and governance.

Hands-on experience implementing community development programs.

Strong stakeholder management and partnership-building skills.

Drive meaningful change through strategic programs and community engagement.
