We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across region. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with strong technical sales experience and deep exposure to process industries such as Energy & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Steel, Cement,



and Data Centers.

You will play a key role in expanding market presence, building strategic relationships, and delivering revenue growth in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with business objectives

Drive revenue growth and consistently achieve sales targets

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to build a robust sales pipeline

Market Intelligence

Work closely with marketing, product, and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets

Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools

Experience: 3–4 years of technical sales experience in process industries (Energy, Utilities, State Electricity Boards, Oil & Gas, Steel, Cement, Mining, etc.)
