Accordion is headquartered in New York City with 10 offices worldwide, including the India office based out of Hyderabad. Global Tax Compliance Coordination
• Coordinate tax compliance activities across the United States, India, the United Kingdom, Canada, and EU jurisdictions.
• Support preparation and coordination of US federal,
state, and local tax filings.
• Assist with India tax compliance including GST, TDS, and statutory filings.
• Support UK VAT and PAYE compliance.
• Assist with Canadian corporate tax and GST/HST compliance.
• Maintain a centralized global tax compliance calendar.
Tax Data Management & Reporting
• Collect and organize financial data from ERP and accounting systems.
• Prepare supporting schedules and reconciliations for tax filings.
• Assist in preparing tax reporting summaries for finance leadership.
• Support reconciliation of tax accounts during month-end and year-end close.
Coordinate with HR and payroll teams regarding employment tax compliance.
• Support updates to tax registrations as the company expands into new jurisdictions.
