Visual Design at Raise is the custodian of our brand identity across every touchpoint - Product, Apps, Web, Social Media, and both online & offline experiences. As a Visual Designer, you will design a wide range of visual experiences across digital and offline platforms. To succeed in this role, you should be a self-starter with a strong ability to craft compelling visual stories, illustrations, and brand-led experiences, along with a sharp eye for detail.

You will be responsible for creating engaging, intuitive, and visually rich experiences that enhance how users interact with our brand across apps, web, and campaigns.



Experience in building visual narratives from scratch and simplifying complex user journeys in consumer products or startups will be a strong advantage.

Visual & Illustration Design

Create illustrations, icons, and visual assets for product and marketing.

Design app icons, in-product graphics, and visual elements that enhance UX.

Social & Marketing Assets

Design high-quality creatives for social media, campaigns, and growth initiatives.

Work on quick-turnaround visuals while maintaining quality and consistency.

Work closely with product and design teams to integrate visuals into the app and web experience.

Design Consistency

Maintain visual consistency across all outputs — product, social, and brand.

Contribute to building reusable visual components and iconography systems.

1–3 years of experience in illustration, graphic design, or visual design.
