Shell Recharge Solutions is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead our Run and Maintain (R&M;) portfolio, overseeing the stability and performance of our production platforms including the Charge Point Management System (CPMS), Mobile App, and MSP integrations. You will drive global coordination across Engineering, QA, SRE, DevOps, Support, and Product teams to ensure that issues are resolved quickly, incidents are prevented, and performance improves with each release.

You'll play a key role in operational strategy, change management, and the measurement of production success using DevOps and DORA metrics like MTTR, change failure rate, and deployment frequency.

Define, track, and drive improvement across project delivery metrics: OnTime delivery, quality, cost control, planning effectiveness, stakeholder satisfaction

Serve as a primary escalation point for quality issues and align stakeholders on prioritizing and delivering functionalities.
